EDUCATION SOLUTIONS-INITIATIVE for the ERA of SDGs International Education Week (IEW) marked during the week of November 13-17 is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn and exchange experiences.

As part of the activities of the IEW week, UNESCO Center For Global Education will hold a three-day education, workshop, and training certification from November 15-17, 2017, on “Bringing SDG-4 and Targets to the Classroom Communities.” The training will focus on practical education, workshop and hands-on-SDG-4 and targets. As well as a platform for articulation and knowledge exchange between educators, teachers, education managers and practitioners, advocacy and curriculum experts, students, teachers, academia practitioners, and other key stakeholders on education from all around the world.
